The Midwest All- Stars
Is
an organization of individual skaters as well as many skate teams with the Mil-town styles of rolling. It has been stated that all we do is Just Bounce, but we can be cool as Icy and solid as a Rock. We are True Skaters that will skate anywhere with anybody. After you witness our styles we will leave you saying WOW, with a Glow on your face. We have been considered some of Mil-town Finest, and I-94 will get you here. We are truly Roll Models with Jesus Christ in our hearts. Our styles of skating when its all said and done will challenge others to Face the Flex.

Arkansas Federation of Skaters Ruff Rollers Inc.'s
Founders 2002-2003 Rodney Ealy
2003-2005 Stormy Cubb
2005-2006 Ray Hollister
2006-2008 Mark Cravens
YEAR FOUNDED: January 12, 2002
Clubs History: In April 2001, Stormy Cubb invited several Little Rock skaters to attend a national skating party in St. Louis, MO. Those attended the event was Garry Jones, Rodney Ealy, Valarie' Nelson, Leon Thomas, Michael Thornton, Wanda Mitchell, Joe Adams, and Mark Cravens. After experiencing skating on a national level, several skaters began meeting on a regular basis to discuss ideas of forming an Arkansas skating organization. Later that year, several skaters decided to attend another national skating party being held in Memphis, TN, that October 2001. Marilyn Bailey took the initiative to prepare for this national skating party by organizing the trip, designing the t-shirt, and the name "Ruff Rollers" was formed. The group attended the skating party and won 1st prize for the largest organized group to represent. The Ruff Rollers was now and forever an official NATIONAL skating organization. On January 12, 2002, Valarie' Nelson, Stormy Cubb, and Garry Jones met to discuss ideas on how Ruff Rollers could become a more organized skating organization. They established the organization objectives, & bi-laws. On January 13, 2002, Ruff Rollers had its first official meeting to elect officers. Immediately thereafter, Ruff Rollers had 59 members.
